As a design/build shop, we implement the designs that create: building, planting and sculpting to a professional, highly-polished standard. Spolia Design/Build enthusiastically builds hardscapes (pathways, patios, walls, etc.), plant landscapes, and undertakes tree-work. We can also oversee contract administration and the project implementation/construction process.

With the design/build construction model, we can tweak and adapt the design in the field, addressing issues and ideas on the spot. This allows for a dynamic, fluid construction process - one that is not locked in to traditional rigid owner-contractor-subcontractor relationships.
